I just wanted to say Thank You for being so great to work with!!! I know the lending/title/RE business has changed dramatically and most days can be very frustrating and you truly make every closing pleasant. There are so many title companies that I deal with that and I just wanted to say thanks for all you do and that it does not go unnoticed.

Susan is a jewel, as I'm sure you are well aware of. I've never had a closing person offer to do such a service. As a result the seller was happy, the buyer and both realtors were happy. I will definitely recommend Susan in future situations.
